Women Driving Women collects specific information if you are a Driver or Rider member applicant who will be the subject of a Background Check
If you are a member applicant who will be the subject of screening or background check (“Member Applicants”), WDW may collect the following information (collectively, the “Background Check Information”), including, but not limited to:
- First and last name (middle initial and suffix, as applicable);
- Social Security number
- Date and year of birth
- Home telephone number
- Current home address
- Email address
- Previous counties and states you have lived in
- Driver’s license number, state of issue, name, and address on the license
- Your Employment History
- Your Education History
- Personal or Professional References
Women Driving Women uses the information listed above to process background checks. Information WDW collects is used only to perform the necessary functions of processing the background check. To perform and process a background check, it is often necessary to share this information with third parties such as background investigation companies, schools, governmental agencies, credit bureaus, courthouses, and others as permitted by law.
WDW will not disclose (sell, rent or provide) the personally identifiable information or any other information you provide to us to any third party for any marketing purposes whatsoever. Information that we collect to perform the background check may be disclosed to selected third parties as necessary to perform the background check or consumer credit reporting agencies as required.

Women Driving Women Membership Applications (this website)
By submitting a Driver or Rider membership application, you are sharing Personal Information with Renee Cooper and the administrative office when you join WDW or renew your WDW membership. WDW Driver members will have Square and WDW membership log-in credentials which enable members to take advantage of restricted content and features. By filling out and submitting a WDW membership form with their Data, member applicants authorize WomenDrivingWomen to use details such as date of birth to verify applications received, to reply to requests for information, quotes, payments, or any other kind of request as indicated by the membership application and Driver pre-test.
